国道１０８号線沿いにあるうどん屋さん。
北海道・東北と北陸に
店舗展開するチェーンです。
平日ランチ時にお伺いしました。
目の前は某有名セルフうどん屋チェーン。
にも関わらず、賑わってますね。
年配のお客さんが多いのかな。
ゆったりした席配置、
ちゃんとしたメニュー
が受けてるんだろうなと思います。
頂いたのは「特ちゃんぽんうどん」
のとろろ丼とのセット。1,300円。
うどんはえーーー！！ってくらいの
巨大な丼。単品にしておいてもよかった。
つるつるの滑らかなうどん。
讃岐じゃないので、コシはないけど、
こっちの方が好きかな。
具もたこ・海老・豚肉・ねぎ・キャベツ・もやしなどなど
たっぷり入ってて。汁もとろんとあんかけ状なので、
体も温まります。
最後の方は胡椒で少し
アクセントをつけて。
美味しかったですー。
