今日のお昼は、連れの「うどんが食べたい」の一言で、こちら「むぎの里」に決定。
向かいの丸亀製麺でもよいのですが、すごい行列！
毎月1日は釜揚げうどんが半額なので、特に混んでいるのでしょう。
で、むぎの里にしました。
通りに面したテーブル席に案内されて、メニューを見ると酸辣うどんがありました。
麻婆うどんは他店で食べたことがありますが、酸辣うどんは食べたことがなかったので、これにしました。
連れは塩麹うどんのランチセット。
これはうどんにミニ丼がつくというもの。
とろろご飯を付けました。
そんなに時間がかからずに着丼。
酸辣はすごくマイルド。
卵でとじてあり具だくさん。
半分食べた時点で、酢を5周ほど投入。
やっと酸辣っぽくなりました（笑）
連れは塩麹うどんにしたのですが、小食なので、半分もらいました。
柚子の香りがするさっぱりしたうどんです。
具は鶏肉、キクラゲ、ネギ、玉ねぎ、万能ねぎ。
ねぎは硬くていただけなかったですが、うどんは適度にコシがあって喉越しもよいので、まぁまぁというところです。
