うどんは、モチモチのコシ、ツルツルの麺が特徴的。
元々、明星食品グループ、2008年に日清グループも参入、両社、麺のスペシャリストですから、美味しくない訳がないってことなんですね。
■味の民芸？むぎの里？
1976年に岡山県に1号店の『味の民芸』を開店。関東から関西を中心に全国展開。現在、北海道、東北、信越の店舗は、関連会社の福島明星、テレコムベイシスに運営譲渡、『手延べうどん•むぎの里』に名称変更。同じ感じなのに何で名前が変わったの？また岩手、宮城などで、閉店が相次いだ理由がここに。
