前から気になっておりました。
念願の訪問です。
店内は昭和を感じるいい雰囲気。
さて、注文は基本から
『中華そば』 500円
5分弱で着丼。
スープを一口…
むむむ。うまいぞ。
アゴだしっぽい私の好みの味がします。
これって、昭和というより、最先端ラーメンでしょ！？
麺は細縮れ麺硬めでこれも好みです。
トッピングはメンマと硬めに茹でられたチャーシュー、そしてハム！！！
それからサービスの杏仁豆腐は口の中でとろけます。
昭和の店構えから平成のラーメンを出す中華料理屋さんでした（平成も間もなくおわりますが…）
美味しかったです。
絶対また伺います。
