暑い日が続きますね〜、この日は色麻町にあるこちらのお店へ行ってきました。
訪問したのは14:00頃、十割そばを食べようかと思ってたんでが、「売り切れちゃいました〜」とのことで、二八をお願いしました。
程なく着皿、先ずそばをそのまま食べてみる、蕎麦の香りが強くてとても良い。
つゆも自分好みの甘めで出汁がよく効いていてこれも良いです。蕎麦湯も提供されますが、これも濃ゆくて良い良い。
なかなか美味しいお蕎麦屋さんです、次回は早めに行って十割だな〜
