宮城県 大崎市の国道沿いにある【ラーメンショップ 古川店】まで遠征しました
大崎市までいってラーショの選択肢は無いと思ってたんですが、口コミの評判が良いし
なにより地元の【平泉店】よりも美味しいのかが気になっての訪問です
さて…結論から言いますが、味は平泉店の方が上ですね
値段は￥1,000で平泉店の￥1,300と比較すると￥300も安いのは評価できますが
肝心の麺の湯切りが悪くヌメっとしていて温い
スープに関しては遜色ないと感じましたが、量が少なく塩味が選べないのは残念です
チャーシューは脂身が多く、燻して風味を増す等のもう一手間が必要ではないかと感じました
それとワンオペで大変なんでしょうが、当日は食べ終えるまで１時間近くかかったのも印象が良くないですね
私はラオタでもなんでもないですが、ラーショだけは話が別です（笑）
