リニューアルオープンした「まるさん」は、凄すぎ！やっぱり最高でした！
古川逸品料理と季節のお鍋を出すお店として、昨年１０月にリニューアルオープンした、新しい「まる」に行ってきました。
予約をして入ったのですが、お店に入ると僕ら以外の席もすべて予約で埋まっており、「まる」さんの人気の高さを伺わせました。
まず入っていきなり驚いたのが、その内装です。お店はすっかりモダンでおしゃれな空間に変わってました！
白竹が組まれたカウンター席には、落とし気味の照明が当たっていて、それだけで良い気分にさせられます。
ステンレス張りのカウンターには、なにげにルクレ―ぜのお鍋とフルーツ盛りが乗せてあり、座り心地が良さそうなオレンジ色の革張りのシートが並んでいて、とってもおしゃれです。
ふと目をそらすと入り口の棚に、大きな花瓶ときれいなお花が！店主さんのセンスを感じましたね。
小上がり席にもおしゃれなマチスのポスターが飾ってあり、ダウンライトで照らされたテーブルと相まって、とても良い雰囲気を演出していました。
店内は和モダンと言いますか、とにかくおしゃれな空間です！！
また席に付いて出されて驚いたのがおしぼり！
ペパーミントの香りがするふかふかのおしぼりで、それだけで気分も爽快。全てがいい感じです♪
メインのお鍋料理は、「霜降り牛肉のすき焼き」、「登米豚肩ロースのしゃぶしゃぶ」、「博多山盛りもつ鍋」が一人前から選べてて、とても親切だと思います。
みんなですき焼きを頼んだのですが、赤ワインを入れたという秘伝の割りしたは、さっぱりとしていながらコクがあり、牛肉によく合いました。溶き卵もわざわざ味付けしてホイップしてあり、店主さんの心意気を感じましたね！
お肉はこの値段では信じられない、なんと国産の霜降り牛肉！お口の中でとろけるその美味しさは、輸入牛肉にはない美味しさでした。割りしたと溶き卵で味付けし、レタスと一緒に食べると、信じられないほど美味でした！！
あーー幸せ～！！
一品料理は、今までも人気のあった塩辛や卵焼き以外に、洋風料理から和風まで美味しそうなお料理がたくさん並んでおり、選ぶのに困るほどでした。
みんなでたくさん頼みましたが、特に全長２５ｃｍあるという厚切りのメガベーコンは、お肉感たっぷりで美味しかった。店主さんが朝仕入れてきたという、まぐろのづけも新鮮でぷりっぷりでしたね。全て手作りというお料理は何を頼んでも美味しくて、ほんと最高でした！
お酒も、宮城の地酒や入手困難な獺祭、サングリアやモヒート、店主さんがわざわざ選んでくれるグラスワインなど、とっても充実してました。ほんと２時間でも３時間でも居たくなる、最高のお店でした！
またすぐにお伺いしたいと思いました♪

２５年の老舗居酒屋さんは、さすがでした(^○^)
「串焼きまる」に、お友達と行ってきました。僕らが入るとお店が満席になってしまいましたので、ラッキーな入店でした。
名物の肉巻き串焼きを中心に、お店の方オススメの金目の煮付けやカツオのお刺身なども食べましたがやはり三陸、地場の魚は鮮度抜群で、最高に美味しかったです。特に金目の煮付けは、さすがプロの煮付け！しっとりふっくら、ほろほろに炊き上がっていて、最高に美味しかった！思わず唸ってしまいました。
名物の串焼きは、自分達で好きな串を選んで焼いて、自分好みの味付けで食べるシステムで、バーベキューのようにみんなでワイワイ言いながら、楽しく食べる事が出来ました。
お酒は、地元宮城の美味しい地酒をたくさん揃えてありました。お酒を頼むと、そのお酒のウンチクが書いてあるプレートを持ってきてくれて、お酒が来るまでそれを読みながら、ちょっとわくわくしながら待つ事が出来ます。とても良いサービスだと思いました。
小粋な枡にまで溢れるほどお酒が入ったもっきりを、美味しくてついつい沢山頼んでしまいました(^○^)
自転車のマークが付いたチリワインは、プロの大御所ソムリエさんもお勧めするワインらしくて、そのかち割りワインが最高に美味しく、何杯もお代わりしちゃいました。
たくさん飲んで食べて、何と一人三千円以下！とにかくコスパが最高のお店です(^○^)
そして何と言ってもお店のスタッフの皆さんがとても暖かくて優しく、何よりそれが最高に心地よかったです。
さすが、２５年もやっている老舗の居酒屋さんです。古川に来たらまた必ず行ってみたい、本当に良いお店でした。

3月上旬、リニューアルしたばかりという”新生まるさん”に、またお邪魔してきました！
おーーー、モダンすぎる！ なんだこれは!! というのが、第一印象！！
古民家調のお店が多い古都古川に、いきなり神楽坂！が出現！！ という感じです！！
白さ際立つ真っ白な大のれんに、白木の外装がとっても素敵です♪
のれんをくぐると、店長がいつも通りの笑顔で迎えて下さいました！
僕らがその日初めてのお客様だったので、店長に無理行って店内の写真も撮らせて頂きました。
まるで美術館の様な、モダーーンなしつらえ！ かっこいいーー！
リニューアルについてお伺いすると、
「コロナ対策を積極的に施す飲食店に対して、宮城県から補助が出て、それを活用して、27年目にしてやっと、初めて大規模なリニューアルができました」との事でした。
めでたしめでたし！
店内に新しく設置してあったエアコンは、
なんでも換気しながら冷房暖房するという最新式のものらしく、
また光触媒という新しい技術を使った空気の殺菌装置が2台も設置してあって、
店内の空気はなんと、5分に一度換気！！されているらしいです。
各席の大きなアクリル板や、一人ひとりのとりばしなど、
感染対策にかなり力を入れているな～、と感心して店長の話を聞いてました！！
そうそう、宮城県からコロナ対策がしっかり行われているお店！
の認証も受けられたそうです。
あんまり対策がしっかりしているものだから、
いつも通りの美味しい手作り料理と飲み物の写真を、すっかり撮り忘れてしまいましたが、
感染拡大にしっかりと気を使っている飲食さんは、これからもぜひ応援したいものです。
