10年前は毎週のように通っていた北京、久しぶりに行きたくなって家族で伺いました。
奥さんの髪型は少し大人しくなっていて動きも少しゆっくりになっていたようですが、お店全体の印象は変わっていません。
ここのお店、スープに力があって、特に炒め物系がとても美味しいと思います。
ボリュームもたっぷりで、近年足が向かなくなったのは、自分があまり量が食べられなくなったため。
一方、ラーメン類はボリュームはしっかりありますが、味は特に秀でた感じはせず普通。炒め物系の力強さとは対照的とも言えそう。
なので個人的おすすめは炒め物系の定食です。
