2023/09初訪問
気になっていたこちら。今まで行かなかった理由は、古川まで来てレバニラというのもなんだかなぁ～。ということで、今日こそはという気持ちで初訪問です。
13時過ぎに伺う。店舗前が駐車場なのですが、道路に面しているため駐車しにくい。店内は空きあり。
頼むものは決まっていますので、
レバニラ定食 1100円
町中華としては高いかな？
それに見合った一品なら嬉しいのだが…
ビジュアルは大量！
レバニラ炒め、煮物、冷や奴、漬物、サラダ、ご飯、味噌汁。これだけあればそりゃあこの値段だわ。身体には良いけど、こんなには要らないよ(^o^;)
レバニラからいただく。レバーもたっぷり入っていて、ボリュームたっぷり。味付けは醤油ベースで塩分がかなり強い。ただレバーの一部に臭みあり。とはいえ、これくらいなら普通かと思います。
野菜類はニラともやしと人参。少々炒め過ぎな感はありますが、中華鍋で炒めている恩恵が感じられます。それは鉄板らしい香りがあること。香ばしく熱々な炒めものになるのが鉄板の良さ。とても美味しい。
頑張って完食しましたが、とてつもない量に何度か諦めそうになりました(^o^;)
