この辺の塩ラーメンではダントツのうまさです。
まあ、函館の老舗の塩ラーメンにはかないませんが～。
しかし、麺が圧倒的に美味しいと思います。
今は味噌はメニューにはなく、塩としょうゆ味だけですが、麺は本当においしいです。
ご主人は関東の有名なつけ麺屋さんで修行して、地元に帰ってきたそうです。
ですから、本場のつけ麺もおいしいと思いますが、でも私はあの甘さと濃さがちょっとついていけません。
好みの問題だと思いますが、つけ麺は食べているうちに冷たくなってしまうので、私はあまり好きになれないのです。
でも、この店で一番美味しいのは、実は焼きトンのシロ、レバー、つくねとトントロなのだと、私は思っているのです。
