今年は梅雨が長いですね…今日も土砂降りです。

さて、注文は

マスターの華麗な手捌きを見ながら待つこと5分、着丼です！

スープをごくり。
やっぱりこの味ー！この焦がしみそはコク深く、大好きです。

以前の焦がしみそラーメンがわすれられず


以前訪問したときに食べた『焦がしみそラーメン』が忘れられず、再訪問です。

今回は

『みそラーメン』 630円

をチョイス！
こちらのおみせの人気はさすがです。カウンターはほぼ満席状態。

そして、なんと言っても店主のラーメン作りのルーティンが美しい。ずっと見ていても、飽きません！

10分弱で着丼！

見た目の美しさ、炒めたもやしから出るコク、スープの旨味、素晴らしいみそラーメンです。クリスマスにふさわしい一品でした☆メリークリスマス！

こちらは4号を走るとき、いつも気になっていたお店のひとつです。念願の初訪問です。

店主さんの手際がいいですね。これはお味にかなり期待できそうな雰囲気…

まずはスープから…
美味ーーーい！コク深く、ピリ辛で若干の苦味。謳い文句通りです。この味噌スープ、大好きです。

麺はモチモチ系中太麺でこのスープによく合います。そして、なんといってもトッピングのプリプリコーン。これがこのラーメンの決め手と言っても過言ではありません。

めちゃ美味でした。このスープは中毒性ありです。
