テイクアウト餃子は330円 |
7月から値上げをされたようで、味噌チャーシュー(3枚)で1050円(税込)でした。
全国的にもなかなか見られない高価格のラーメン店になっていました。
くるまやラーメンは各店舗で価格設定が任されてるようですが、
くるまやラーメンHPに掲載されてる価格は、味噌チャーシュー(3枚) 880円(税込)。
古川店の味噌チャーシュー(3枚)は、本部よりも170円も高い価格設定でした。

スープはやや甘めでまろやかな味です。みそ壱などと同じ味噌ベースに変更したのか？
前回には感じなかった麹臭さもちょっとありました。
これでますます「みそ壱」系列店と、味の違いがわからない感じになってきました。
麺もおそらく同じものを使用されてるかと思いますが、相変わらず量は少なめです。
具のモヤシとワカメの量が多過ぎるので、これを減らしてメンマを入れて欲しい所です。
チャーシューは普通に美味かったのですが、今回は仕込み方があまり良くなかったのか、
前回のような感動的な柔らかさは感じられず、厚さもちょっと薄くなったようです。
手作りの餃子は皮がモチモチしてて美味しかったのですが、ニンニクが結構入ってるので、
ニンニク無しの野菜餃子なんかもあれば良いかなと思いました。
それと餃子の日で割引価格でも190円、これもあまりお得感がありませんでした。
なかなか美味しい味噌チャーシューと餃子ですが、この高価格がちょっとネックです。
これからは懐に余裕がある時にしか通えなさそうです。
