15:15大久商店 山の幸直売店まで帰ってくる。
くま鬼そば2,000円を注文。
蕎麦はとても田舎感のあるもので細めだがしっかりした味わい。
スープはとろみがついていて山菜蕎麦のような味。
熊肉はしっかりと獣臭さと旨みがある。
きのこはどれも大ぶりで味がしっかりしていた。
素材の味を楽しむ素朴さが非常に良かった。
山菜も漬物のようになっていて完成されていた。
温泉卵も味が濃いのと添えてあったギョウジャニンニクが美味しい。
流石にこの価格は高いと思うが、鳴子温泉という行楽地なので目を瞑りたい。
