しばらく前の訪問ですが、宮城県大崎市にあるパン屋【カシュカシュ】に行ってきました
店舗脇に駐車場があり、訪問しやすい場所に有ります。
とてもお洒落なお店で、外から店内の様子を伺うことはできませんが突撃します
当日は人気が有りそうなのは売り切れで種類少なめでしたが、
アンパンとクリーム、モフモフしたパン、イチゴが乗ったパイ生地（デニッシュ？）を購入
結構いいお値段でしたが、会計時に￥300クーポンをもらいなんとなく得した気分です
両親へのお土産でしたが、私もアンパンを１個食べてみました
表面は薄皮が張ったようにパリッと焼きあがっており、中はシットリとしています
餡は甘さ控えで、いかにもお店でコシたような自然なお味です
まぁ…パンは詳しくないですが、ラーメンでいえば無化調の自家製麺って感じで
パンヲタは大好きな味なんだと思います
