以前から、オープンしていたのは知っていたのですが、やっと訪問する事ができました。小牛田農林高校の直すぐそばにお店があります。店内はイートインスペースもあり、コンパクトにまとまっているかわいいお店です。
三種のチーズフォカッチャ
チーズのバランスがよく、温め直さなくてもおいしいです。パンフレットの一番上に載せているだけあって、おすすめです。
焼きカレーパン
パンを揚げないで、焼いています。そのため、軽めの仕上がりなので、小麦の味が感じられ食べやすいです。パンの中のカレーの味もしっかりしていて、優しい感じの味でおいしいです。
エピ
小麦粉にゆきちからを使用しているからか、エピの生地にしては柔らか目です。味はおいしいですが、個人的には固めの方が好きかも。
小麦粉は宮城県産のゆきちから、天然酵母と近隣地域の野菜を材料に、添加剤・保存料は一切使用していないこだわりのパンなので、全体的にやさしい感じの味のパンだと思いますした。
