美里町小牛田にあるパン屋です!!Googleマップを頼りに
お店に向かうと、近くには小牛田農林高校の畑があり、
さすが農林高校って関心しちゃいました(*´∀｀)
「農業のイメージもガラッと変わりましたね」
そんな農林が多い雰囲気の中にあるのが「ラ プラタ」
さん!!小さなお店で店内も今風のお洒落で小麦粉に
拘りが……宮城県産「雪ちから」や北海道産の「はる
ゆたか」や小牛田農林高校で作った野菜のパンがウリ!!
●きのこと厚切りベーコン(ピッツァ)330円
●ブルーチーズ＆ハニー(全粒粉)310円
●ハム＆チーズ220円
小麦に拘ってる分、お値段は高めです(´･_･`)基本は
雪ちからですが、お高めのピッツァは、はるゆたか
みたいです!!パン生地を楽しむべきパン屋さんかな？
「1軒家パン屋さんって国産小麦粉ブランドに拘る」
小学校で小麦粉は95%輸入に頼ってるってお勉強しまし
たが、最近は国産モノも増えてるんですね(*´∀｀)
もっと農業に注目して国内自給率上がると良いですね。
翌日にリベイクして食べます。ちょっと高めのピッツァ
は、はるゆたかで生地の食感が美味しかった～!!全粒粉
のブルーチーズ＆ハニーのクセも好きです。
