「ナニニシマスカ」
うーん。今日の気分は麻婆豆腐と焼き餃子。春巻も捨てがたいですけど、やはりビールには、餃子です。
「ハイ、ビールデス」
まずはビールが来ました。料理が来るまでちびちびといただきます。
そして、焼き餃子が程なくしてテーブルに。以前比べ、確実に美味しくなっております。海原雄山的に言うと、厨房が変わったかな。
あるじは呼べー。

麻婆豆腐もテーブルに。これは前もなかなかでしたが、今回も安定の麻婆豆腐。
ちょうど良いことに、料理が二品だとビールが足りません。
追加オーダー。商売が上手です。
こうやって千円の壁は破られ、今度は料理の追加のためにメニューを見ることとなるのでした。

今日はビールセットのみ。
もちろんビールと焼き餃子、回鍋肉を選択。
ビールがまず届き、ゴキュっと。
そして、焼き餃子が届き、カリジュワゴキュっと。
そして、カリジュワゴキュっと。
繰り返すこと、五回。
餃子がなくなり、ビールもあとわずか。
その時、回鍋肉の登場。香ばしい味噌の香りが食欲をそそる。
熱々をハフハフと。ビールをゴキュっと。
しまった、ビールが底をつきました。計算ミスです。一杯で二つの料理を楽しもうと思っていたのに。
生ビール追加です。
ワタクシは計算ミスでしたが、店としては計算どおり？
一杯で終わるはずないもんなあ。
