宮城県古川という絶妙に遠い場所へ出張。
その足で寄りました。
塩チャーシュー麺を注文。いざ実食。
あっさりめの魚介スープ。鯖のほのかな香りが心地よいです。濃い目が好きな方にはもしや物足りないかも。
チャーシューが味が染み込んでいて個人的に高評価です。
僻地で頑張ってほしいという願いを込めて、3.5で！
