メニューはやはり【究極のもつ煮】と【やきとん】みたいですね♪
ビールで乾杯し早速もつ煮を注文！！
入り口目の前にある大釜で作られたもつ煮から取り出しすぐに提供されます！
１人前の量なので一人一皿でおすすめされているそうです！
臭みもなくもつにしみ込んだ味噌ベースのこちらは非常に美味しいです！
さすが自ら究極を謳うくらいですね！笑
焼きとんも入り口すぐに本日の焼き師という札が掛けられこだわりを感じます◎
ひととおりのやきとんをいただきましたが臭みもなくいい焼き加減でどれも美味！
スタッフさんの活気もよく愛想良く振舞ってくれ、ついつい飲みすぎてしまいます！
〆はもつ煮を使用したもつ焼きうどん！
味もしみ込み葱のアクセントも良し♪
教えてもらいましたが味豆腐ももつ煮のスープで作っているそうです◎
