やっと涼しくなってきて、ラーメンを欲す。
この辺りはラーメンの名店があるのだけれど、何故か名も知らぬお店に惹かれがち。
いつもは通らない道にあれ？新店さん？綺麗め。
看板の文字(フォント)が気に入ったので入店。
結構混んでたけど、席は空いていたのですんなり着席。
シンプルなメニュー、よろし。
今日は塩の気分。相方は鶏中華そば醤油。
やってきた中華そば塩は、塩独特の透明感にストレート麺。全く嫌味のないスープ。ガツンと煮干しだの豚骨だのがお好みの方には物足りないかもしれない。
でも豚バラチャーシューは意外としっかり味で、ちゃんとアクセントになってるみたい。
鶏中華そばは甘めのスープ。こちらはブシの香りあり。
鶏チャーシューが柔らかくて美味。
こうなると、貝出汁そばが気になっちゃう。
お客様が帰るとテキパキ片付けて、きちんと念入りに消毒ダスター。こういうの、女子は好き❤️
窓際のディスプレイも凝っていて楽しい。
