登米市石越町にあるホルモンのお店です、お店に着いたら先客がすべてホルモンを買ってしまったので売り切れでした・・・
お店のご主人から１５時くらいに出来上がると聞いたので予約をして近くで時間を潰す事にしました。
１５時に来店すると出来上がったばかりのホルモンを渡されました、早速家に帰って焼いてみるとあまり味は濃くなく辛味も強くはありませんでした。
モツは色々な部位があり食べているとコリコリとした食感やプリプリとした噛み応えを楽しむ事が出来ました。
焼いて食べたのは３分の１くらいの量です、あと2回は楽しめます♪
石越町に美味しいホルモンがあるので近くまで行ったら是非 買ってみてください。
