食べログ調べで伺いました。
遊大タンメン ¥1,150
金曜日の12:10〜並び無しで
カウンターに座れました。
オープンキッチンでは豪快に炒めている炎が上がる
これを見て気分も上がる〜⤴️
結構ボリュームのあるタンメンが5〜7分で着丼
野菜たっぷり、バラチャーシュー・鶏チャーシュー
味玉・メンマ・最後に生姜の元気玉
野菜炒めには彩りパプリカもw
麺は平麺の中太、ツルッとコシのある麺です。
とりあえず生姜の元気玉（勝手に命名）を溶かさず
スープを…
濃厚な様で結構さっぱりしてます。
濃度は濃いけどあっさり。そして旨い
1/3ほど食べ進めて生姜を溶く。
おおぅこれはまた旨い。
生姜の風味も相まってさらに美味〜です。
野菜のボリュームあるもの最後はスープが
ほとんど無い状態になりました。
旨いタンメンでした。
