This is my first visit to [b:Shoya] in Narita, Tomiya City! ^^ I visited right after opening time? At 11:30! This restaurant is located in a corner of a commercial facility centered around Yamazawa (it's across from the futsal field), so the parking lot is extremely spacious! I parked my car in the spacious parking lot and walked to the restaurant!!! I arrived at the restaurant, which has a surprisingly chic feel overall, but the area around the entrance is very noisy! ^^; There were flags with the name of the ramen written on them, red lanterns, and electric signs all placed and set up, so it was really lively and eye-catching! I thought to myself, "I can't miss this," and went inside the restaurant, which had a very calm atmosphere compared to the outside. But maybe a little? Just as I was thinking that, I heard the ladies' voices greeting me immediately. They then guided me to a seat wherever I wanted, so I sat down at a table seat right at the entrance and looked at the menu on the table. Well, when I saw the menu, I saw that this is not a pure Ramen shop, but an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that serves alcohol with grilled chicken and various other side dishes at night! And during the day, it's Ramen... a typical [b: Ramen Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)]! Well, this time, of course, I visited without alcohol! There were set meals, but I chose from the ramen! I was wondering which one would be good, but I was in the mood for dry noodles! After torn between Taiwanese Mazesoba and Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles), this time "[b: Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles)]" won! There's no particular reason!!! (lol) So I called the waitress and placed my order. ◆ [b: Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles)] ¥650 (200g) Well, it seemed to take quite a while to cook this. So after waiting for quite a while, the waitress finally brought me Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles)! It looked... good, didn't it?!!! I tried it right away. ^^ Now, the promise of Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles)! That's right, pour the chili oil and vinegar over it. This time, I poured the vinegar twice and the chili oil twice, mixing it well with the sauce at the bottom. That sauce...it was delicious! It was a sweet and salty sauce, of course, but when the spicy vinegar and chili oil were added and it mixed with the noodles...it became an indescribably delicious taste. The noodles were also really chewy and smooth, and mixed well with the strong and spicy sauce, which was really delicious! The toppings were also a bit unique. Yes, it's a grilled chicken restaurant, so instead of char siu, it was topped with fragrantly grilled chicken cut into strips. And it was so thick, and it mixed with Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) sauce, giving it a fragrant, sweet and salty & spicy taste that was really delicious and went well with this Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles). The seaweed added to it also did a good job! ^^ But Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) feels a bit like junky food, but it seems that it has fewer calories than Ramen with soup! It's tasty and doesn't make you fat, so for someone like me who loves Ramen, this Ramen is like a saviour! (lol) Now, this Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) was on the menu, but it's said to be "exquisitely delicious". When I tried it, I personally thought so too! This Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) is delicious!!! ^^ Now, this is "Shoya". The atmosphere is a bit like an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so it didn't really feel like a place to eat lunch, but the food they serve is really tasty! The service didn't seem to be a problem, and as for cost, it's really easy on the wallet! That's how I felt. The photo of another menu item, the "Taiwanese Mazesoba", also looked pretty tasty, so maybe I'll return soon to try that next time? Anyway, this time I really enjoyed the tasty Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles), thank you very much. ^^
