親戚を連れ南三陸のドライブ中、お昼は海鮮ラーメンが食べたいというオーダーがあって、何度か寄らせていただいたことのある「ひかど食堂」さんに御案内
13時頃入店し、ちょうど空いた席に座れました。
注文は家内の「塩五目ラーメン」以外は「海鮮ラーメン」
出来上がりまでかなり待ちました。そういえば、繁忙期でなくても時間がかかっていたかもしれません。
今日の具材の海藻類はワカメだけ。
私の理想とする海鮮ラーメンは、フノリとマツモを外せないので残念です。
あと、たくさんの注文のためでしょうが、麺の茹で汁の匂いが残っていました。
海鮮ラーメンを注文した他の4人は、案内した私への気遣いがあったかもしれませんが、皆美味しいと言って食べていました。
いつもはもっと美味しいですし、今回はＧＷ期間中という事情を考慮した評点とさせていただきます。
