現在気仙沼の復興屋台村で営業されているひのきさんに行ってきました！
近くの民宿で夕食が待っているというのに、気仙沼きたらここによらなきゃ
来た意味が無いといわれ連れてきてもらったのが、復興屋台村です。
実は他のお店を目指していたのですが、なんと予約で満席・・・。
数多く惹かれるお店の中から立ち寄らせてもらったのがこのお店。
小さいながらもなんともいい雰囲気のお店です。
民宿に入る時間も迫っていたので、あわただしいのみになってしまいましたが
ここでのメニューおすすめは？ときくと・・・
ハーモニカ（焼きor煮）/モウカの星
とのこと・・・なんだそれ？？？
・ハーモニカ（焼き）
これはメカジキの背びれだそうです。
焼きでお願いしたのですが、とろとろの脂のうまみが凝縮されてます。
焼き具合といい絶品でした。
・モウカの星
モウカザメの心臓を酢味噌をつけた刺身でいただきます。
もっと臭みがあるものと思っていましたが、さっぱり美味い！
ここでずっと呑みたい！って気持ちになります！
ノンアルコールのドライバーさん目の前に生中３杯♪
ご馳走様でした。次回は日本酒のみながらゆっくり行ってみたいと思います。
