気仙沼の魚貝類を使ったオシャレな海鮮レストラン。カフェ利用も可能。夜は、スペインバル的な洋風居酒屋。 |
ランチタイムを待たずして急ぎで帰社しなければならなくなり早朝営業の食堂を探してこちらにおじゃましました。
気仙沼市は漁業の街なのに早朝から営業している市場食堂的や朝ラーの飲食店は知る限り少いないようです。
《かつお醤油ラーメン大盛/935円》
鰹節の旨味よりスモーク感が強く甘いスープなので従来の鰹節や煮干の味に慣れているせいかしっくり来ない印象を受けました。
海藻のわかめとふのりと動物素材のチャーシューと味玉とのバランスがチグハグに感じました。
《三陸磯ラーメン/880円》
僕が三陸で慣れ親しんだ磯ラーメンは魚介の旨味のすっきりとスープなのですがこれもかつお醤油ラーメンと同じくどっちつかずの味わいに感じました。
決定的には麺がボソボソしていて自分好みではありませんでした。
海鮮は言うまでもなく中華料理とラーメンのレベルが異様に高い気仙沼にしては残念でした。
観光客が沢山来る海鮮専門店では素直に海鮮物をいただくべきだったと後悔しました。
