秋田と宮城、日本海と太平洋で扱っているものが結構違うんですね。
生簀にあったものもそうですが気になったのは冷凍もの。メバチマグロのハーモニーやカツオの心臓など気になるものが盛り沢山。
お土産用に買いましたが料理の仕方は少し迷ってしまいました。
