あの震災を支援ということで、ちばきやの大将が地元を応援するために作り上げた一杯。当時の出店時は訪問できなかったのですが、この度、ようやく訪問できました。あの支那そばやさんの位置ですね。入口の券売機で玉子入りと名物のメンチカツをポチッ。店内のテーブルに着席。そしてすぐにメンチカツ登場。しげしげと見つめていると、あっという間にラーメンが着丼しました。
ふむふむ、魚介の綺麗な香り。まずはスープを一口。ぬぬっ、サンマの香油が良い香り。出汁もバランスよく美味。気仙沼の海を感じさせる塩の味わいも素晴らしい。続いて麺をずるり。加水低めの中細縮れ麺は主張弱めながら、スープの絡みが良い。チャーシューは柔らかく味わいグッド。名物のメンチカツはアツアツ。肉のジューシーさがたまらない一品。煮卵は潮の味わいでスープにぴったり。非常に上質な一杯ですね。さすが千葉さん。気仙沼が懐かしい。ご馳走さまでした。
