この日の午前中、ワタシは仕事のことで怒り狂っていました。正午過ぎ、車に飛び乗って怒りの余韻でむしゃくしゃしながら、ラーメンを求めて走り出しました。
こちらに到着して、券売機で、海老ワンタン麺潮味、味玉、ふのりトッピングの食券を買って、席に座ってオーダー。水を１杯飲むと少しばかり落ち着いてきました。
あまり待たずに求めていた透き通ったスープのラーメンが入った丼が目の前に置かれて、あー良いな、このビジュアル。と、少しずつ自分の心が解けていくのを感じました。
まずは、スープを、コクリ。正に潮味。さっぱりしてるけれどしっかりとコクと旨味と塩味があります。麺は、細麺で、スープによく合います。海老ワンタンはツルッとして、皮が美味しい。噛むごとに海老の存在感が増していきます。チャーシューが柔らかくて、味玉の黄身の塩梅がちょうど良くて、とっても美味しい。そして、ふのり。三陸のふのりだな、というしっかりとした歯ごたえ。潮味を引き立たせます。
最後までこの一杯を集中して味わい、食べ終えた頃には荒立っていた心持ちは、満足感と満腹感でいっぱいに変わっていました。
以前、醤油も食べましたが、ワタシは断然潮味推しです^ ^
