平日のお昼に石巻ランチです。
ほぼ個室のような席に案内頂き、ゆっくり食事ができました。
座敷もあり、お子様連れでも来やすそうです。
注文は、特製中華そば。
特製中華そばは、トッピングが全部のせです。
スープはあごだしが効いている醤油スープ。
麺は石巻によくある細ちぢれ麺。
この麺はあまり経験の無い麺でした。
特に美味しかったのはチャーシュー。
厚く切られた豚バラはもうトロトロ！
じっくり火を通し、豚バラの旨味が凝縮されていますが、しつこさは全くありません。
これだけトッピングが乗って、900円はリーズナブルに感じました。
細ちぢれ麺は賛否分かれそうですが、チャーシューは絶品の中華そばでした。
