石巻焼きそばを注文。
石巻焼きそばは、本当の元祖は立町商店街の南部屋というお店。
今は閉店してまったんだがね。
石巻の住民に聞くと、どの店で食っても南部屋のそれとは違うという意見。
それがいまや二度蒸しした茶色い麺が特色の、ソースを自分でかける、
卵が上にのっておることがおおい焼きそば・・・そんなのが特色として
語られる石巻焼きそばだね。
なんといっても南部屋のそれが元祖なんだが、
まぁ、復興の起爆剤のひとつとしての石巻焼きそば、
そういうのもあってもええんだろう。
味は普通。二度蒸ししたからといってどうということはなし。
ソースはちぃとかけて食ったけどね。
