牛たんほづみは、宮城県石巻市の牛タン料理専門店です。
当店の牛たんは、本場仙台の味を忠実に守り、 厳選された素材を一枚一枚丹精を込め手作りで、 カット・筋切り・味付け・熟成をさせ、匠の技で仕上げた逸品です。 開店以来20年、 牛たんの創作料理に取り組み、数々の新しい牛たん料理を作り出し、 牛たんコース料理や、上質な牛たんを使用した“元祖 牛たんステーキ”の店として、 本物の、牛たんのおいしさを提供するお店です。 |
震災復興で石巻に勤務した際に、タクシーの運ちゃんから勧められて、行ってきました。仙台でいくつかの店で食べていたので、石巻のレベルは？と思っていましたが、非常に肉厚でまた、塩加減も焼き加減もとてもいい感じで美味しかったです。いっしょに出してもらえる南蛮漬けも、1皿目は無料というのも良かったです！牛タン焼のみならず、ゆでタンサラダとか、牛タンカレーも美味しかったです。ほんわかした街の牛タン屋さんという感じでした。震災に負けずに良い味を出している店主の方の努力が実っています。
