宮城県の名産・笹かまぼこの中でも、私が一番好きな店舗はこちら
白謙さんです。
せっかく石巻に来たことですし、白謙さんの本店に寄ってみました。
昔から練り物が大好きです。主食が練り物だったくらいですｗ
石巻駅から歩いて5分かからないくらいのところです。
テナントの売場のような華やかな店舗ではなく、昔ながらの商店街
にあるお店のような雰囲気です。
ショーケースには色んな種類の蒲鉾や、伊達巻などもありました。
伊達巻…たしかに練り物といえば練り物か。
お正月以外に食べる機会はあまりなさそうですが…。
帰りの道中で軽くつまめるよう、ミニサイズの白謙揚げに。
こうゆう揚げ蒲鉾が一番好きです。
そのままでも十分美味しい。
プリプリの食感と甘みがとても美味しいですね。
サッと焼いて醤油で食べるのも良し、おでんにもまた良しです。
お土産として重宝していますが、やっぱり自分で食べる用としても
素晴らしい蒲鉾ですね。
これからも利用させて頂きます。
