いしのまき焼きそば(だし)¥540
久しぶりの石巻です。我が家からは電車と
新幹線と仙石線を乗り継ぎ5時間です。
金曜日の13:00過ぎ。まだ開いてるなと時刻
を確認し市役所前の麺舗かのまたやへ。
私の中ではナンバーワンの石巻焼きそばが
食べれるお店です。石巻焼きそばとは麺が
特徴の東北では有名な所謂、B級グルメです
麺を二度蒸した茶色い食感の良い茶色い麺に
出汁をかけていただきます。そこに目玉焼き
です。これは美味い！初めて食べたのは確か
2006年頃、石ノ森萬画館の中瀬で東北B級グ
ルメグランプリなるイベントで食べてから
これは美味い！と子供たちと石巻の数店舗で
食べ歩いた気がします。やはりかのまたや！
が一番ですね！皆さんも是非！石巻に御出の
際はかのまたやで石巻焼きそばを食しては
いかがでしょうか！美味いですよ！
