前回"石巻焼きそば"を覚え
今回も違うお店で石巻焼きそばを企む！
で"かのまたや"さんに伺います！
石巻駅から5分位で到着。
店ののぼりや推しは
釜揚げうどんらしい
アンティークな感じの建屋
店内はテーブル席のみ
右奥に券売機があり食券制
初心貫徹で石巻焼きそばと
推しの釜揚げうどんを購入！
厨房はベテランのお母様ばかり！
石巻焼きそばの食券を出すと
出汁にするかソース味付けしますか？
むむっ？お勧めは？と聞くと
出汁にして好みで卓上のソースを
かけて食べる方が良いとの事なので
出汁にしたよ！
先に釜揚げうどんで呼ばれで取りに行くよー！
うどんは温かいのだが
つけ汁が冷たい！そして凄く甘い！
ちと苦手な感じ・・
うどん自体はコシはそこそこで
柔らか目であるな！
石巻焼きそばは
なるほど家庭料理的な安心の味
野菜も多く薄味だが
ソースで調整
客層は女性の年齢高めな感じなので
メイン層に合わせた感じの味なのかな？
男性は日替り定食が多かった。
