【揚げ蒲鉾】
差坂間特有の柔らかく弾力のある食感はそのままに、噛むほどに風味が広がります・・・これはお酒がほしくなるやつです。
プリプリで美味しい笹かまが頂けるお店です。
後日、関東でも取り扱っているお店があるのか捜してみたら、どうやら取扱店は宮城県のみの様子。
もっと沢山買っておけば良かったと後悔。
次に宮城に行く時は、絶対に買って帰ります！
