天然モノのインドマグロ赤身・中トロにビンナガまで乗って、更にウニが覆い被さる豪華さ。
どこから食べても、ウニをマグロのソース的に使えてしまうため、醤油はごく少量で済んでしまうという旨みの総量。
ラーメンの食べ歩きをしていると、2700円という価格単体は高額に見えてしまうが、こりゃお値打ちだわ！
