久しぶりの休日。
女川まで海鮮を食べに行く予定でしたが、暴風警報が出る程の悪天候のため断念。
石巻市内で気になっていたこちらへ来てみました。
平日のお昼時ですがお客さんはまばらでした。
・金華サバ焼定食（1200円）
以上を注文。
天気が良ければテラス席で食べるのも良さそうですが、生憎の天候なので・・・。
目の前には石ノ森漫画館が見えます。
しばらくして呼び出しがあり取りに行きます。
メニュー写真でも大きいと分かっていましたが、想像以上に大きなサバです。
脂がのっているのが見てわかります。
表面はパリッとしていて中はジューシー。
絶妙な焼き加減。
めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
魚の大きさとご飯の量が合わないのでご飯がおかわりできたら嬉しいなと思いました。
初めての金華さば焼、大満足です。
これからうにのシーズンなのでもう少し石巻での生活を楽しもうと思います。
