松島おさかな市場の憤懣をリベンジすべく、旬の時期ではありませんが、ウニいくら丼を注文しました。スプーンが付いていたこともあり、ペロッと一瞬で食べ終わってしまいました。
ウニは生臭くはありませんでした。色は白っぽく、小粒でした。石巻なら、ムラサキウニが８月末までの旬ですが、ギリギリ旬です。甘さやうに風味は少なく今ひとつでした。いくらは保存方法で一年中食べれると思いますが、こちらも生臭さはなく、美味しいいくら丼で食べれました。値段なりだと思います。寿司屋のネタの方が良いと思います。
