おしいちチャレンジの海鮮屋１軒目です。｢鯨ユッケ丼(¥1200)」をチョイスです。
クジラが食べれるということで、寄ってみた。そして部位は３種類食べれました。
クジラの皮は、堅いですね。味はない！！かな。ビックリした。こりこりするだけなので、何とも言えない(笑)

頬肉は、逆に柔らかい。コラーゲンとれそうな感じ。こんなに部位によって違うのね。って思う。そして、赤身は、クセがあって、専用のごま油っぽいタレがないときついかも。ってなる。結果、クジラは泳いでいる方が好きである。という結論に至った。
平日の昼に伺いました。そのためか、お客さんは私達だけでした。なかなか、ここまでは人が来ないものかな。
