ワシはまぁまぁのお値段がする
特製味噌ラーメン1150円を
カアちゃんは特製中華そば950円
特製…ソレ即ちフルトッピングなフル装備
そんなワードには何時もワクワク
混んでっからちょっと待つ…
結構待った(ㆀ˘･з･˘)
特製化された味噌ラーメンは
デカいロールチャーシューが一際目を引く
挽肉や煮卵、メンマも完備
野菜類はキャベツにモヤシ、茹でた物を使用
スープは鶏豚ベースの動物系ときた
味噌の味わいも円やかに油脂類も控えめなライト級
合わさる麺は中太縮れな中華麺だ
やや柔めに茹でられた麺はスープがよく馴染む
優しい味わいに決まった一杯(｀・∀・´)
カアちゃんの中華そばも同じく動物系スープ
合わさるのはド鉄板の角細中華麺
こちらはやや硬めに茹でられ、
エッジの効いた歯応えと軽快な喉越し
チャーシューは柔らかな肩ロースを採用しつつ
味噌ラーメンのはバラのロールにするなど
ニクを使い分けるニクい演出も
見逃せないポイントだ☝️
