今日(2020年12月9日)の僕はツイていなかった。
何軒電話しただろう？
塩釜に到着する時間(22時)から夜飯の店をピックするも、ことごとく『コロナの影響で早じまい』という回答。
そんな中、唯一こちらだけが気持ち良く二つ返事で、
『どうぞ。お待ちしています』。
松喜鮨。
普段はしないが、こういった経緯での予約なので事前にメニューを『にぎり 特上』でお願いしておいた。
用意する側に対する配慮である。
店は飲み屋街にあり、回りはスナックやパブが多いが22時の時点で人が歩いていない。
暖簾をくぐると案の定ノーゲスト。
どうやら僕の為に閉めずにいてくれたっぽい。
先ずは瓶ビール。
アサヒでお願いした。
冷えはイマイチ。
にぎりは全9貫。

味に関しては画像の通り。
最近のイキった鮨屋とは違い、地元の人がハレの日に食べるであろうオールドスクールなにぎりだった。
中トロをに2貫追加。
ハラミ炙りは大将のサービス。
総じて。
大将、女将さん。
この大変な環境の中、僕のようなよそ者の為に暖簾を下げずにいてくださり、ありがとうございました。
胃袋が救われた以上に、心が救われました。
