ナポリピッツァと南イタリア家庭料理の店。 ＧＩＴＡは伊語で「小さな旅」の 意。日々の中にちょっとした「旅」をあじわってもらえたらと名づけました。 |
塩竈訪問時に伺いました。
港にあるマリンゲート塩竈のすぐ近く。
ナポリピッツァを供するだけあって、
ロケーションもナポリそっくりです。
店内の奥にあるキッチンには、本格的な薪窯が。
そして、焼き手は奥様、サービスはご主人。
震災直後にオープンされたようですが、すでに塩竈市民に
人気のようです。
この日は、７名いたので、７種類あるピッツァを全部
お願いしました。
ランチには、サラダ、ドリンクがついて１２００円。
この日いただいたピッツァは、

３、ディアボラ （辛いサラミのせ）
４、ボスカイオーラ （いろいろなきのこ）
５、サラメ エ リコッタ

生地の焼き加減もとてもうまく、
具材もたっぷり。
ボリュームたっぷりですが、軽い仕上がりで
７種類の個性を楽しみました。
