『チャーシューそば(煮卵入り)』
(先日の昼、初めてお邪魔。
週末開店直後も難なく着席できましたが
15分位で満席でした 人気ですね。
スープはしょっぱ目しっかりした味、
麺は細麺チョイスも結構固ゆで。
チャーシューは見た目より柔らかいです。
シンプルで分かりやすい中華そばです。
某サイトでみずさわやうんぬんありますが
全く違う方向性のラーメンです。
ただ、、、なかなかのキタ○○○ランなので
行かれる時は前もってご注意ください)
