20190928 最近、地方都市への進出が多い、町田商店さんです。
仙台には１年前位に出来ました。先月、岡山に行った時にも見ました。
町田の本店？には、昔は必ず〆のラーメンを食べにお邪魔したお店だった時期がありました。
その後、〆の店はブタ野郎(閉店)になり、その後はゴル麺さんになりました。どちらも、家系のお店です。
町田商店さんが出来る前は、ぎょうてんさんでした。
新潟には町田商店はなく、壱系のチェーン店と六角家系の家系があります。
町田商店のすごいところは、フランチャイズでありながら、どのお店も店員教育のレベルが高いということです。
今回お邪魔した多賀城店さんも、店員教育が素晴らしく、ラーメン店のお手本のような気がします。
また、サービスの調味料の種類が多く、いろいろなアレンジで家系ラーメンを食べることが出来ます。
このほかにも、半チャーハンと家系ラーメンのセットが食べられるなど魅力がいっぱいのお店です。
そこで、今回はもちろん家系ラーメン普通盛の麺硬め、味薄め、油少な目と半チャーハンのセットを注文いたしました。
家系のラーメンと半チャーハンの食べ会わせですが、、なかなかしつこくて美味しかったです。
さすがの町田商店なので、麺、スープのバランスが素晴らしいです。
新潟にも町田商店さんの進出が待たれます。
