Ramen after playing
On the way back from playing at the park with my son, we went to Machida Shoten, which has become a regular at our house. I chose Ramen again today. I was planning to order Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), but when I got in front of the ticket machine, I found myself ordering Ramen (lol). I might not be able to choose Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) unless someone forces me to... But it's still delicious! And I ordered rice as well. I added Ramen soup and finished off with instant rice porridge. Mmm, this was also delicious. I'm looking forward to trying a stronger flavor next time.
休日の家族ランチに
家族皆で二度目の町田商店に来店。
今日は普通のラーメン、麺は柔らかめにしてオーダーしました。日曜の昼時なので、すでに４組待ちでしたが10分くらいで席に着けました。
テーブルで待つ間、子どもたちは備え付け折り紙で楽しく工作。個人的に、ラーメン屋のなかでは町田商店はファミリー層への配慮がトップクラスだと思うな〜。
さてラーメンですが、濃厚な味わいと硬太麺が絡み合って、実に美味。いつも何にしようか迷うけど、やっぱり普通のラーメンで間違いない。
つけ麺も気にはなるけど、つい定番の味にしてしまう自分がいる（笑）
次回こそはつけ麺、頼んでみたいです。
家族で楽しむならココ！
無性にラーメンが食べたくなったので、家族と多賀城の町田屋へ。
今日は味変することをメインに、ラーメン(油多め)＋ライスを注文。
まずはラーメンにニンニク＋豆板醤をトッピング。
ニンニクの香りに食欲増進、そして後半は豆板醤で濃厚ウマ辛な味にチェンジして思い切りラーメンを楽しみました。
シメのライスには豆板醤＋ニンニク＋胡椒＋白ゴマ、そしてラーメン汁をIN。濃厚で香り高い極上のラーメンオジヤが完成～、舌もお腹も大満足。
帰りの出口では店員さんが感じ良くお見送り。まさに神対応、お腹もココロも満腹になりました。
トッピングが楽しい横浜家系ラーメン
夫婦で休日の締めくくりに地元のラーメン屋である町田商店に向かいました。
すでにラーメン屋を２軒ハシゴした後だったので、今回は基本に帰ってラーメンとチャーハンを注文しました。
麺とスープ、脂は濃さを選べるのがとても楽しくてワクワク！
自分は麺は硬めであとは普通、妻はすべて普通でオーダー。
スープはやや味濃いめで濃厚な豚骨のコクが感じられました。ちょうどチャーハンが味薄めだったので、逆にラーメンと絶妙にマッチします。
思ったよりも太麺だったので、次回は麺類柔らかめにしてオーダーしたら更に美味しいかも。
お酢など自分の好みで味変できるので、次回はどんな味にしようか楽しみなお店でした！
