I visited the restaurant for the first time in a while at 7pm on a Sunday evening. As expected, there was a bit of a wait at this time. The young staff were as energetic as ever, and the restaurant lifted my spirits. I bought a ticket for tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza / Dumpling. I ordered soy sauce and less oil. The bowl arrived quickly. As always, it was consistently delicious. Oh, and I realized I hadn't tried the fried rice yet. I'll have to save that for next time. I'll come again.
