2006年9月12日に宮崎山形屋新館オープンと共にオープンした、バイキングレストラン。かなりの人気を持っているようで新聞でも紹介され、実際、今日もお昼時は名前を書いて待っている人が大行列をなしていた。
11時オープンなのだが、11時15分くらいに着くとすでに満席で40～50分待たされた。待っている間に、冷たいお茶（ウーロン茶）を用意してくれるなど、気が利いたサービスがありがたい。
定期的にメニューを変えているようで、宮崎の情報誌（新聞に入ってくる）でも紹介されている。ちょうど今は北海道フェア。エゾシカなんてのも出てくる（すごい！）が、残念ながらそれはディナーのみのメニュー・・・。食べたかったなあ。
帆立のチリソース、ウニのクリームペンネ、味噌味のスパデッティなどどれも美味しかった。
他にも数多くのメニューがあり、どれも満足できるクオリティだ。
ご飯は、正直言って我が家で食べるお米の方がおいしいと思った。そもそも、こういうバイキングで茶碗いっぱいのご飯を食べようと思うことが失敗だと嫁さんからしかられた（笑）。おかずを数多くの種類楽しむべきであったが、ご飯なんぞ食べてしまったので途中でお腹一杯になってしまった。
河豚入りの巻寿司も食べたがおいしかった。
デザートや飲み物も充実していた。
ソフトクリームを自分でコーンにぐるぐるっと盛るサービスもあって、もちろんこれも食べ放題。アイスクリームのクオリティは目を見張るものがあって、アイスにうるさい嫁さんが絶賛していた。
また行きたいレストランである。
テーブルには、アンケート用紙があって、感想を7段階レベルでつけていくようになっていた。最後に、「いいと思ったサービス」などを書くコーナーがあったが、なぜか要望を書くコーナーがなかったのが不思議だった。
それがないと、お客が求めている改善点が見えてこないのではないでしょうか？
