平日、ランチタイムに2人で利用。初めての訪問です。
入店すると店員さんが席を案内してくれました。すごく見晴らしがよかったです!!
そしていよいよ、料理を取りに行きます現在は「フレンチ食べ尽くしフェア」を開催中。バスク風オムレツ、白身魚とアサリのノルマンディー風、チキンフリカッセ、豚肉のナヴァラン風、ブイヤベース、チーズたっぷりドフィノワーズ……。初めて聞く料理名がたくさん並んでいてめちゃくちゃテンションが上がりますもちろん全ていただきます。デザートもたくさん!!デザートタイムが楽しみです
一通りを取り終え、席に着きいよいよいただきます。まずはバスク風オムレツから。……めちゃくちゃ美味しすぎる!
具もたっぷり。私は卵料理が大好物なんですが、こんな卵料理は初めて食べました。第二弾リピート決定です(笑)。続いては「白身魚とアサリのノルマンディー風」。魚の身がふわふわで、料理も色鮮やかで綺麗でした。これもリピート決定。魚の次は肉。「チキンフリカッセ」という料理です。ホワイトソースがめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。優しい味でした。「豚肉のナヴァラン風」はトマトベースの味で、豚肉本来の味が味わえました。続いては、豪華な食材過ぎてびっくりした「ブイヤベース」。カニ、ムール貝、殻付きアサリがたっぷり!!こんな豪華食材をバイキングでいただけるなんて!!カニがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。第二弾ではキッシュをいただきました。ほうれん草が入っていました。あとは「チーズたっぷりドフィノワーズ」というポテトグラタン。どちらもすごく気に入りました。連れちゃんは、白身魚の料理とエビ、アサリ、イカがたっぷり入った「タチヒ風シーフードマリネ」を食べ過ぎ!というくらい食べていました
第４弾までいただいて、いよいよお待ちかねのデザートタイム！！マカロンダミアンというものを初めていただきました。ねっちり食感。美味しすぎる…。あとは、ガトーショコラ、オレオムース、そしてめちゃくちゃ美味しかったクレームブリュレ。全てが本格的すぎる☺️今までのバイキングの中で1番気に入りました食材も豪華すぎる、デザートも本格的すぎる。本当に最高でした。おごちそうさまでした。
