やわらか手羽煮を購入して、炊き込みご飯を作ってみました。
手羽を一度炙り、しょうゆダレでじっくり煮込んであったので柔らかかった。
一度袋のまま湯せんをしてから、手羽をほぐし人参とごぼうをささがきにして一緒に炊き込みご飯にしました。
しょうゆダレも一緒に炊き込みしたのですが、うす味だったかなぁ～
生姜を入れれば良かったかも
それなりに出来ました、ご馳走さまでした。
